46th Annual Auction Raises Funds for Sioux City's Boys Club

The Boys Club of Sioux City celebrated its 46th Annual Christmas Auction at Bob Roe's Point After Tuesday night.
Everything from grandma's cookies to a one of a kind guitar were ready for bidding.
And a lot of people went back home as winners, taking along some early Christmas presents.
Members of the boys club were on deck to lend a helping hand and to thank donors.
A member of the board of directors said this is an opportunity to support Siouxland's youth and build great character in the men of tomorrow. "The most important part of the organization is to help boys that need us most and-to become caring, productive and responsible citizens," said Beau Braunger. All proceeds raised tonight will benefit the organization's day to day operations.
Another auction will be held next Tuesday, December 10th at the 4th Street Sports Bar and Grill starting at 5 p.m. with the social award. The auction will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
