The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating Blake Franke. Franke is 19 years old, 5'07" tall, 145lbs and is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections for Violation of Probation, original charge was felony theft. Franke is also one of Crow Wing County, Minnesota's most wanted. Franke has "Saint"tattooed on his left forearm and "Sinner" tattooed on his right forearm. The last known address for Franke was in the Greenville area of Sioux City.
