Crittenton Center Sets the Table for Charity

Designers are setting the table for charity.

The Crittenton Center's second annual Design and Dine fundraiser brings together 15 creative teams to create tables honoring their favorite movies.

Tonight anyone can stop by Emma's Event Center between 5:30 and 7:30 to vote for their favorite.

"I was here yesterday, when I walked into an empty arena here, and all of the sudden this flurry of designers came in, and they start creating, and it was the most fun to be here, and see the creations from beginning to end, it's just been phenomenal," says Crittenton Center board member Karleen Waller.

Tomorrow there will be a sit-down dinner and live auction. All the proceeds will go toward the center's children and family programs.

"It's a win-win situation, there's no doubt about it, and everybody needs a little bit of help, my whole set is done by the community, people have donated to me for this, so it's a good sense of community," says designer Patrick Fox.

Last year, the event raised $60,000, and the Crittenton Center hopes to raise even more this week.
