Walker is 23 years old, 5'08" tall, 195lbs and is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections for Escape from the Residential Treatment Facility in Sioux City. Walker has his name "WALKER" tattooed on his a upper right arm. The last known address for Walker was on the west side of Sioux City.
