The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating Devin Irvin-Fields. Irvin-Fields is 23 years old, 5'10" tall, 225lbs and is wanted by the Woodbury County Sheriff's Office for Absence from Custody, Contempt of Court-Domestic Assault and has 180 days to serve in jail for a separate charge of Contempt of Court. Irvin-Fields has "Native" tattooed on his right wrist and "Pride" tattooed on his left wrist. The last known address for Arens was on the near north side of Sioux City.
