THIS FUGITIVE HAS SURRENDERED
The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating Eddie Sandoval-Rouillard. Sandoval-Rouillard is 21 years old, 5'08" tall, 170lbs and is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections for not returning to the Residential Treatment Facility in Sioux City after he was allowed to leave for a meeting. Rouillard was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2009 after pleading guilty to Willful Injury and Criminal Gang Participation. Sandoval-Rouillard has tattooes on his right ankle and left hand. The last known address for Sandoval-Rouillard was at the Residential Treatment Facility in Downtown Sioux City.
