(SIOUX CITY, IA) - "Not guilty." Those are the first words we've heard from Jamal Dean since he was arrested.
He's accused of shooting a Sioux City police officer in the head on April 29. Dean was in court for his arraignment on Friday. He pleaded not guilty to five different counts including attempted murder and assaulting a police officer. Dean is set to stand trial August 6 at 9 a.m.
