Ruhland is 31 years old, 5'09" tall, 215lbs and is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections for Violation of Probation, original charge, delivery of methamphetamine. Ruhland has Chinese words tattooed on both sides of his neck. The last known address for Ruhland was in Sgt. Bluff, Iowa.
