The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating Michael McDonald. McDonald is 30 years old, 5'10" tall and is 190lbs. McDonald was sentenced to 15 years in prison for being an habitual offender of the law. McDonald was allowed to serve part of his prison sentence in Residential Treatment Facility in Sioux City, but escaped September 6 of this year. McDonald has three dots tattooed on his right hand and a playboy bunny tattooed on his left shoulder. The last known address for McDonald was on the near north side of Sioux City.
