16 Million Dollar school bond issue still needs approval
Ida Grove, IA —
The OABCIG school district voters are being asked to approve a 16 million dollar bond issue.
That money would go to improve the high school building in Ida Grove. This will include adding a new auditorium and modernizing the gym and classrooms and to renovate the middle school building in Odebolt.
The district's superintendent says the improvements would extend the life of both buildings by 40 to 50 years.
Because it's a bond issue it will require a 60- vote supermajority to pass.
