Mercy press conference shares good news about Tanzanian children
SIOUX CITY, IA —
We've got another update, on the three Tanzanian children flown to Sioux City for medical treatment after surviving a bus crash last month.
Doctors at Mercy Medical Center say all three are recovering well.
As we previously showed you, two of them have even had their casts removed already.
Dr. Steve Meyer, Orthopedic Surgeon with CNOS said, "Their resiliency and their spirit has been beyond moving. They are very spirit filled kids."
The kids are staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Sioux City while they continue their physical therapy.
