Merrill pleads not guilty in connection to Bancroft murder
Jenna Merrill has been taken into custody and charged with Accessory to a Felony in connection to the death of Ernest Warnock last March in Bancroft, Nebraska .
She is the fourth person to be arrested in the death of Warnock .
Merrill, 31, pleaded not guilty to the charge yesterday in a Cuming County courtroom.
A judge has scheduled a pretrial hearing for March 1st and her trial for May 8th at 9:00 am.
She is being held in the Antelope County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
The other three people charged in the death will go to trial this March 13th.
Derek Olson, Jody Olson and Becky Weitzenkamp are all facing charges in relation to the death of Ernest Warnock and the burning of his home.
According to court documents, Ernest Warnock's autopsy revealed he was stabbed multiple times and his home was set on fire to conceal any evidence.
