Ho-Chunk breaks ground on new Flatwater Crossings buildings in South Sioux City

Ho-Chunk Incorporated has broken ground on the newest additions to its Flatwater Crossing project along the Missouri River in South Sioux City.

Those two additions are a building that will host retail space and apartments plus a town-home complex.

"Right at the nucleus this building here will be a mixed use building that will have retail and office space on the on the lower levels. It'll have 14 apartment units on the top two levels and will really be one of the anchors to the community here that we're starting," said Ho-Chunk CIO Dennis Johnson.

Lots in Flatwater Crossing are still for sale, and Ho-Chunk has a range of model homes to choose from.
