SIOUX CITY, Ia —
A Sioux City teen is facing felony charges after a high-speed chase early Friday morning.
18-year-old Gunnar Kratz is charged with 2nd degree theft, felony eluding and OWI.
Kratz is accused of failing to pull over just before 3:00 A.M. when a state trooper attempted to stop him for going 10 miles over the limit on I-29, accelerating to nearly 100 miles per hour and driving into South Sioux City before returning to Sioux City, where his stolen car got stuck in the mud after stop sticks were deployed.
He's being held in the Woodbury County Jail on $15,000 dollars bond.
