TOTT - 14th Annual Autism Acceptance Walk

DAKOTA DUNES, SD — Lindy Dohman joined Taylor Deckert on "Talk of the Town" to discuss the upcoming 14th Annual Autism Acceptance Walk.

The Walk will be hosted by the Siouxland Autism Support Group, a nonprofit that strives to meet the needs of those impacted by Autism in our community.

The event will be on Saturday, April 22 at Western Iowa Tech.

Registration for the Walk begins at 1 p.m. with the Walk starting at 3 p.m.

Family-friendly activities like games, food, raffles, and crafts will be available before the start of the walk.

If the weather is poor on the day of the walk, the event will be moved inside.

Proceeds from the event stay local and will be used to fund educational speakers, community outings, and assistance to families.
